I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (200h Heart of Yoga / Yoga Alliance), with a background in Ashtanga Yoga and a lifelong passion for sharing the benefits of yoga. My journey began in Finland as a teenager and has since become an essential part of my daily life here in Italy.

My teaching is rooted in the Viniyoga tradition, where breath and awareness guide each practice. Rather than fitting the body into a posture, I adapt yoga to each person’s unique needs and rhythm.

For me, yoga is not just movement—it is a way to reconnect with ourselves, exactly as we are, in this very moment.
